The gentlemen adhered to formal yet classy and suited up with burgundy being the trend while the ladies dazzled in colourful and body-hugging gowns also very much into the formal theme. Big social media favourites were Nambitha Ben-Mazwi from the ladies and actor Mpho Sebeng for the gents. Nambitha wore a bright yellow boob tubed gown with a dramatic yet classy mesh finishing at the bottom – a custom creation by Johannesburg based fashion brand Zazi Luxury which needed a whole team to help the actress get into, she shared a video of the process on her Instagram page. Mpho wore a shimmy brown and gold tuxedo suit also by local luxury suit custom makers Losmeicherie.

Dumisani Mbebe who’s also cast in the drama series switched the typical suiting style and took it back to old school in a knee low coat, a fedora and a walking cane. Oros Mampofu and John Ncamane both wore burgundy suits but different in style. Oros had an almost cropped double-breasted that worked perfectly with black chelsea boots while John kept it simple and still elegant and with a black t-shirt to class it up.
