Rapper Tulina Ndafyaalako, AKA, Young T could be headed to jail over an apparent copyright infringement lawsuit.
The lawsuit against him was laid at the Windhoek High Court, this according to an article published by UnWrap. He is getting sued by Eben-Ezer Choir for allegedly copying their song Ndapandula. He dropped his song in 2019, whilst the choir recorded the original song in
They are suing him for N$80 000 for the copyright infringement.
The rapper is unbothered as he took to IG and threw major shade at the choir for only suing him 3 years after releasing his song. “Wow. After three years? 80k?? I think I’m going to prison you guys! I don’t have any money 🤷🏾♂️or anything else to give. Please start sending me books to read in jail.”
