When Junior Singo, earlier announced that he is set to bow out from SABC 1's hit soapie, Generations: The Legacy, his Twitter feed was ablaze with fans bidding him farewell.

BUT, soon after last night's episode ended, the talented actor, announced once again, to his followers that, he was simply pulling their legs and he ain't about to leave the soapie anytime soon, referring to Generations as ''his home".

Junior's April fool's prank almost sent his fans to an asylum! Jeez! In his post, Junior Singo, who portrays the character of Mpho on Generations, concocted quite a believable story regarding his "newest acting venture" on another soapie.

He added that his character will be that of a "long lost son of a prominent family in a certain soapie".

One is reminded by a certain April fool's prank by Mzansi's self proclaimed diamond, Minnie Dlamini - Jones in the year 2019.

Playing along to the immense buzz around, the ongoing rumours about falling pregnant, Mrs Jones took to the streets of Instagram and posted a picture whereby she cleverly placed a heart emoji on her belly - insinuating that she is preggies.

Some were actually convinced, at Minnie's indication of a pregnancy and the excitement emanated strongly from the comments section, however there was another batch of her fans, who simply didn't fall for the prank.

Minnie and her husband, Quintin Jones, have always been marred with pregnancy "inquires" from their fans.

The heat became a little too much (and annoying) when Minnie realised that the obsession around her falling pregnant was getting out of hand.

The usually private Minnie, took to social media and lambasted the trolls who keep dogging her about such a private and sensitive matter. She added that, they are still enjoying the marriage. All pregnancy "queries" died, after this firm stance from 'Intombi YomZulu'.
