"That will depend on the prosecution, if the prosecution requires her as a witness in court, she is a witness in the matter and she is being compliant and cooperative in the matter," Moonsamy said.
"So if she is required to be present in court then she will be," she said.

“She is very positive. She is in good spirits. She has been looking forward to this, and it's nowhere, and we anticipate closure. There is a family involved, there is a child involved that has lost her dad and this is important for the purposes of herself and for the purposes of moving forward.” she told the media.
Tweeps have reacted to the trial resuming today.
@hloni_loate "As the trial commences, we pray for full revelation of the truth. Anything that was done in the darkness, we pray for it to come to light. In Jesus mighty name. Mostly we pray that the truth shall set his family free #SenzoMeyiwatrial
@Sabza200BC "#SenzoMeyiwatrial Waste of time and resources. these men are INNOCENT on Senzo Meyiwa's case, maybe guilty on other chargers unrelated. We now how there was attempted shooting of Kelly Khumalo and her sister, they never uttered such in all these past years
Meyiwa was murdered in 2014 at his then girlfriend and baby mama Kelly Khumalo’s mother’s home in Vosloorus on the East Rand. When Meyiwa was initially shot and killed, it was reported that it was a botched robbery. However, recent details indicate his assassination was a contract hit rather than a robbery gone wrong.
The Meyiwa family has been waiting for this moment and hopefully justice will be served.
