Lootlove recovers her hacked Instagram
Luthando “Lootlove” Shosha is breathing easy again after she feared that her Instagram account had been hacked forever.
In an era where the lines between private and public information are becoming increasingly blurred, one of the biggest fears that many people face is that their data may fall into their own hands. There are only so many precautions you can take, however, at the end of the day the risk is still there and Lootlove’s latest drama is proof of that.
The presenter and mother-to-be found herself in a panic after it looked as if her Instagram account might have been hacked. She tweeted that she couldn’t access her profile and urged her fans to not be alarmed by any suspicious behaviour that might be emerging from the account.

Many people suspected that Lootlove had been hacked by her newly formed arch nemesis, Flex Rabanyan. Loot called the rapper out for mentioning both her and her baby daddy in his recent diss track.

Luckily, all ended well after the presenter successfully recovered her account.

In future, the best way to prevent hacking is to change your password at least every three to six months. However, sometimes even the most diligent security measures will not always be enough.

What advice do you have for anyone who wants to protect themselves from hacking?
