The surprise dinner was planned by her sister Vusiwe Ngcobo and other family members. She captioned the post “As a family, we want them to know that we are here for them and that God is still God no matter the circumstances. We thank God for his strengthening and healing power, his love, mercy and never ending grace.”
A couple of weeks ago, Vusiwe took to her Instagram account to pen a heartfelt message to Ntombi comforting her following the passing of her daughter and it left us reaching for the tissues.
She said she wished she could find peace and strength to deal with the nightmare. “GOD chose you and Mzolo for this journey my love. I won’t say he will strengthen because I have witnessed how he has already strengthened you. You are a constant inspiration. May GOD continue to heal and strengthen you as you spur others towards love, good deeds, not giving up and holding on to hope and faith, knowing that God will never leave nor forsake us! My prayer for you is for strength, hope, healing, peace, obedience and of course love and support, which you will get in abundance from me and the rest of the family.”
The TV hosts daughter died in a tragic car accident. Speaking to Daily Sun at the time of her passing she said she was shattered. “I don’t think I am strong enough to talk about it right now, but she lost her life through a car accident. We’re heartbroken and still coming to terms with her passing. I can’t even properly explain how I feel right now as it has been a traumatic time for me and my family. But through God’s grace, we are being strong.”
Back in 2015 Mzolo lost a child after her second pregnancy. The baby was apparently diagnosed with a rare heart condition called Hypoplastic left heart syndrome, a condition which is a result of her left heart not functioning properly.
