Mzansi Cosmo Cover Girls

The girls slayed the magazine's cover

The closure of one of Mzansi's most loved and leading magazine Cosmopolitan SA was recently announced and whilst many hearts were shattered one cannot forget the countless memories the publication gave throughout the years.

The CEO of Associated Media Publishing (AMP), Julia Raphaely in a statement announced that the company will cease trading and publishing its magazines, which includes the Cosmopolitan SA magazine and the House & Leisure, Good Housekeeping and Women on Wheels.

Some of Mzansi's most famous female personalities have gone to cover the magazine and share their story their stories with Mzansi as Cosmo cover girls.

The first cover of Cosmpolitan was released in March 1984 and Anneline Kriel former Miss World 1974 and the magazine bowed out with a fire cover with current Miss Universe Zozibini Tunzi as the cover star.




Following the closure of the magazine, a few Cosmo Cover girls have taken a trip down memory lane to share their glamourous covers on the magazine.
