Lasizwe Says Goodbye To Bae
Lasizwe Dambuza shook the streets a few weeks ago when he introduced his real boyfriend to social media. Initial responses to the reveal were met with scepticism as the popular YouTuber has done this before with a list of men which we will name just for fun including Cedric Fourie, Wiseman Zitha and the mystery, chocolate bae used for his 1-million-followers-celebration this past year.

Therefore, when he took to Twitter and showcased who he was spending Valentine’s Day with; we all thought this was a possible stunt. However, following the two’s week together, as bae currently resides in Cape Town and Lasizwe in Johannesburg North, it started to become clearer that the two are really an item. Moreover, his bae might have not arranged for one thousand single roses and a private concert, but he did arrange a private dinner planned by events-planner-to-the-stars, Nono Events.

While Swirie and bae kept a low profile following the romanticism of V-day weekend, the still a mystery man only left the Dambuza residence at the beginning of the weekend. Following bae’s departure Swirie took to social media to share and go through all the mgowo one can master for the socials. First, it was the matter that @mindyourownbusiness is the first man to publicly claim. This is despite Lasizwe saving himself for marriage-bad joke. But Lasizwe was in tears crying over the fact that his bae makes for the first man that was not afraid to claim him and love him for him, and not the star he is.

In a series of tweets, the leading male South African YouTuber went through a series of emotions. Eventually he decided that he should shower and shake of the separation blues from his bae and paint the town red. Mind you, while Lasizwe was sharing about how broken his heart is at bae leaving; the socials were filled with other men that saw this as an opportunity and invitation by Swirie to have another man pick up the pieces for bae. 

While he did not show us the lion- as he referred to him on his Instagram stories. Lasizwe did reveal that instead of being at home crying by himself because bae is gone, he decided to be spoilt by another man. The man served him lunch, an evening out at one of Joburg’s cool spots, Great Dane and hopefully home safe to sleep. While he did not mention the nature of his relationship with the “lion,” following the date he did go on Twitter to suggest that he might just be like his sister.
