Macgyver Mukwevho better known as MacG is a popular South African entertainer, DJ, house
music producer, and one of the biggest podcasters in the country known for the Podcast
and Chill with MacG.
MacG often comes off as quite outspoken in the media and while he is a master of getting to
the bottom of the personal lives of most Mzansi celebrities, he has managed to keep details

Who is MacG’s wife and what does she do?
According to several sources, MacG’s wife is a beautiful young woman called Naledi Monamodi. Sources indicate that she was born in 1994 and she is originally from Klerksdorp, North West.
She studied at Grenville High school before joining the University of Johannesburg where
she graduated in 2016.
Like MacG, Naledi Monamodi is also a media practitioner. She is a freelance PR consultant
and digital content creator and has her own YouTube channel called Toast With Naledi
where she covers a wide range of topics including beauty, travel, healthcare, and
relationships.

MacG and Naledi Monamodi’s children
MacG and his wife are parents of two beautiful children. Their first child is a boy named
Ziggy and he was born a few years ago.
After hiding her pregnancy to full term, MacG’s wife revealed that they had welcomed
their second child in February 2022 when she shared a now-deleted clip of her
pregnancy journey all the way to delivery with the caption “Thank you God,” accompanied by
heart emojis.
Details about their second child’s gender, name and exact date of birth have not been
revealed by the couple.

Besides their individual careers, MacG and Naledi Monamodi have also established themselves
as serious entrepreneurs.
They have both used their social media platforms to advertise an alcoholic brand called
Grandeur Gin and there are rumours that the two are part owners of the brand.
MacG’s abuse allegations
Like all relationships, MacG and his wife’s relationship has also had its fair share of ups and downs which Naledi sometimes documents in her YouTube videos.
In 2018, MacG was charged with assault after his partner and baby mama accused him of
kicking and beating her into a pulp. She later dropped the charges against him.
