Black Twitter Shades Meghan & Harry

Meghan, Harry and baby Archie arrived this morning in Cape Town to crowds of screaming and adoring fans. The family will remain in the city for the next few days before meeting up in Jozi later this week.

The savvy couple – who have been hailed for their community work and ‘wokeness’ of social issues – were praised by locals on social media today after Prince Harry greeted residents of the Nyanga township in isiXhosa, whilst Meghan claimed that she will call for discussions with President Cyril Ramaphosa on the recent spate of gender-based violence attacks.

The mixed-race former actress even showed off some of her dance moves with traditional dancers who welcomed the royal couple.

But some tweeps are not impressed by all the hype and have taken to the Twitter streets to throw some shade.
