Themba Broly Shares Update On Possible Hand Amputation

Big Brother runner-up Themba Broly has had an eventful couple of days. This is as ahead of the latest episode of Themba: My Inked World, the reality star announced that he was hospitalised and might have to face the amputation of his hand. As reported at the time:

Fans have been praying for Mabaso’s full recovery since he revealed he was hospitalised earlier this week. According to him, an infection may prevent his injured hand from functioning fully.

He shared a video of him in a hospital bed and revealed why he was hospitalised. He said he had broken his hand for the third time and it might be amputated.

“There might be an infection in my hand that could cause me to not be able to get my hand back so I don’t know what’s gonna happen it’s either they gonna cut my hand if the metal cannot be replaced.

“I’ve had the same surgery twice because the first time I broke my hand and it didn’t heal which was in 2019. In 2021 before I went to the house I broke my hand for the second time, so now I fell into something and hurt my hand. Now I have to do the same operation for the third time on the same hand,” he said.
As a result of feeling unwell on the day of surgery, he was unable to undergo the surgery.

Now that he has had the surgery, Themba took to Twitter to update the public on the condition of his hand.

Taking to Twitter recently, Thamba shared an update in terms of the fears that he was set to have his hand amputated. The reality star confirmed that not only did he have his surgery that went successfully. But he also confirmed that his hand was not amputated.

While this was good news, it seems that while his health is back to normal, it is his personal relationship with Mpho Wabadimo that has taken a turn for the worse. This comes after the latest episode of his reality show where Mpho shared how their relationship has changed for the worse.

Firstly, it was alleged that Themba had spent all of Mpho’s winnings from Big Brother. Moreover, that Mpho has had enough of Themba playing her against her first baby mama, Nqobile. As if confirming the news, Mpho took to her Instagram stories to suggest that she is kicking out Themba from her home. This is as she shared an image of what is believed to be his belongings all packed in refusal bags.

As such, Themba, upon finding out about being kicked out, has shared his subtle reply to Mpho ending their relationship while he is still in the hospital. This is as he tweeted the cryptic tweet below:

It will be interesting to see what happens between the two former lovers and reality stars should Themba: My Inked World be renewed for a second season.
