Amapiaono fans are in for some disappointment as the much anticipated Scorpion Kings Live Concert, which was scheduled to take place in April, has been postponed. This follows after President Ramaphosa announced that, gatherings of more than 100 people will be prohibited, amidst coronavirus fears.
In an address to the nation yesterday, Ramaphosa declared Covid-19 a national disaster and declared a travel ban on countries considered to be high risk, as from 18 March.
Dj Maphorisa released a statement on Twitter to inform his fans that, the concert has been postponed amidst coronavirus fears. He said they will reschedule it to another date, which will be communicated soon.
