Ahead of his funeral, Kiernan 'AKA' Forbes late fiance's family lawyer letter suggests a foul play leading up to Anele Tembe's passing. Tembe family lawyer believe that the rapper pushed or threw Tembe from the balcony of their hotel room at the Pepper Club hotel in Cape Town.

Reportedly, the letter was written two weeks after the Tembe's were told that the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) will not be prosecuting AKA. This week's NPA's decision to not prosecute AKA comes at a time where social media is breathing down the Tembe's family, accusing them for the murder of AKA.

To date Moses Tembe has released already two statements rubbishing these damning social media claims and accusations leveled against them. The family lawyer has ruled AKA's to have played a role the night of Anele Tembe's passing.

According to the letter by the City Press all evidence points to Kiernan 'AKA' Forbes the fateful night of Anele Tembe's passing.

"The Tembes also believe that AKA did not attend to Anele who was alive 20 minutes after she landed on the ground, but instead cleaned the hotel room which had blood and then went ahead to party with his friends after her passing. These explosive details are contained in a scathing letter which was written on behalf of the family by their lawyers TM Incorporated Attorneys to the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) in the Western Cape after it declined to prosecute the rapper following an investigation into Anele’s death in June last year." wrote City Press

In the letter the family argued that the NPA's decision to not prosecute was based on a fabricated statement from the Pepper Club hotel together with AKA's.

"The call that Forbes made to the reception was made after Anele Tembe had already landed on the ground. The video footage that captured her fall records a time that is prior to the call that Forbes made to the reception of the hotel. The evidence in the form of the record of the call and the video footage, which are contained in the docket were shockingly ignored. The receptionist is easily contradicted by that" reported the publication

Reportedly, Rob Stefanutto, who heard the argument between AKA and Tembe right before the other tragic eventuality played out. Stefanutto confirmed he had a heated argument between a male and female coming from AKA and Tembe's hotel room.

Reportedly, "the lady, who later turned out to be Anele Tembe, was heard desperately asking the attacker, being male, to leave her alone. Moments thereafter Stefanutto heard Anele Tembe drop, he then administered CPR on her".

The letter continued to confirm that there were no blood stains in the hotel and the scratch marks AKA sustained were defensive marks as Tembe was carried on his shoulder attempting to defend herself.

"The scratch marks on Forbes body, specifically at the back, which scratch marks were defensive marks, in an upward direction, indicating that Forbes was carrying Anele on his shoulders while she attempted to defend herself. The scratch marks are indicative that Forbes threw her over the balcony," reported the publication

What was also ruled as unbecoming by the family was AKA's behavior following Anele Tembe's passing. The rapper is said to have proceeded to party with his friend instead of attending to his fiance who had just dropped from a hotel balcony.

"He did not attend to his injured fiancé, who remained alive for approximately 20 minutes. He did not go to perform CPR on her instead Stefanutto, a complete stranger, cared enough to administer CPR and call emergency services, in an attempt to save Anele Tembe's life... Forbes cleaned up the hotel room. There was blood on the towels... Forbes partied and drank at the hotel with his entourage following the passing of his fiancé."  reported the publication

The National Prosecuting Authority confirmed this week to have declined prosecuting AKA over this matter as the case was still being investigated.
