Bianca is slated to be recognized as the executor of the estate of her deceased partner by the Department of Home Affairs, according to EWN. Naidoo was involved in a legal dispute with the Department of Home Affairs over the estate of the deceased rapper in August.

Sunday World reported that the department initially refused to recognize her as the late rapper's legal wife, but there is now hope.

Riky died in February this year and apparently he did not leave a will. Although they were not legally married, their marriage was recognized by both families despite not being married.

In court papers seen by Sunday World, Bianca said at the time of the rapper's death, they had already established a financial interdependence together as she was working with him as both directors of Makhado Agency (Pty) Ltd.

"The deceased and I thus established a financial interdependence because I performed all the administrative tasks related to the deceased's duties as entertainer/musician until his untimely death."

“The deceased and I enjoyed emotional and financial inter-dependence by also inter alia registering and running successful commercial businesses together, which include the Legends Barber as well as Cotton Fest. Both I and the deceased were directors of Makhado Agency (Pty) Ltd, which we operated together in all respects. The deceased and I also enjoyed the benefits as life partners as members of my medical aid scheme who regarded us as life partners,” read the papers.

She said their "common intention together with the deceased was to validate our marriage in accordance with civil law."

In an interview with SABC News, Bianca Naidoo opened up about what Boss Zonke said to her before he died and how she manages without him.

Shw said there are some days when she is easier, and other days when she isn't, but it depends on the support system she has, as well as her kids.

“Some days are easier than others. I manage with such an amazing support structure around me, and the kids also give me a lot of strength. The days when I’m not okay, I allow myself to be not okay.” she started off.

According to her, she was open and honest with the kids from the start. They rarely asked any questions about his death since she talked openly with them about it.

“I was very open from the beginning, from day one, about what happened to dad. I talk a lot with children, I listen a lot. Now they are comfortable expressing themselves and they both process in their own way. They know that if they have questions, they can come and ask and talk about it, and I think they’re both there. It’s just a matter of me being honest.” she continued
