Candy Tsamandebele is grateful after surviving a car accident. The singer took to Instagram to express her gratitude and also opened up about what happened.
"Thank you Lord for protecting me, we can always replace material things but life comes first. Potholes on National Road," she wrote on Instagram after she had a tire burst. 

She also shared a video of the accident. Fans have since taken to the comments section to show her love and support.
A few days ago, Candy took to her Instagram to remember her late son. She shared that her son left behind a 5-year-old baby girl when he passed on.

Celebrating his heavenly birthday, Candy wrote, "On this day 13. 01.1987 my Prince was born, May your soul Rest In perfect Peace son. Your daughter our first Princess 👑 Sehlora Alicia #yourphotocopy now, she was 5 months old when you left us in this world, she will be turning 11 on the 15th March 2022.
 
"While a little piece of my heart went to heaven along with you, I smile through the tears and heartache. You, my sweet son, brought me so much happiness in your short time here. she wrote adding that she is okay knowing that her son is safe in "God's kingdom."
In other news, Mantsoe Pout has called it quits. The radio personality has left Star FM. 

Announcing her departure, Mantsoe did not get into too many details. She tweeted, "This is my last week at Star FM. It's been great (and short - but effective). Cheers."
A few months ago, Mantsoe was happy to join Star FM. She said the gig came at the right time.

 "After 4 months of no radio, I'm proud to announce that I'll be joining a brand new Joburg radio station, STAR FM as the host of their lunchtime show, #StarLunchWithMantsoePout Confetti ball I'm so excited about this venture! Catch me on 91.9 from July 1st!" she tweeted.

She joined Star FM after she was given a boot at 94.7 early last year. She co-hosted the drive time show with DJ Fresh on the station. Fresh also left the station and was replaced by TV personality Thando Thabethe.

"10 February 2021, Johannesburg – Primedia Broadcasting can confirm that, after careful consideration of the events of the last few weeks, the company has decided to release DJ Fresh and Euphonik from their contracts. Their last shows on 947 were aired on 15th January and 10th January 2021 respectively," read the statement released by the station on DJ Fresh's departure.
