But don’t worry, her role on Uzalo still remains, the actress is just broadening her horizons in radio broadcasting.
This week, Dawn confirmed that she was the newest member of Vuma 103 FM.
Dawn Thandeka King will be co-hosting the Good To Go breakfast show between 6:00 a.m and 9:00 a.m during the week alongside radio veteran, Makhosi Khoza.
Vuma 103.FM’s station manager – Pearl Sokhulu told Isolezwe that the reason why they had decided to hire Dawn Thandeka is because of the positive response the radio station received from its listeners after Dawn came for a visit at the radio station.
“Apart from the fact that she’s a well-known actress, we identified that Dawn is amazing with connecting with our listeners and that people loved her when she was on air. She knows how to make people happy and that is important to us.”
Congratulations to Dawn!
