Taking to Instagram, the couple shared the news that their baby boy had already arrived, a month ago.
Khuli shared an image of the two of them at a restaurant with a cake wishing the boy a happy 1st month.
Lamiez revealed that they were both nervous that they did not sleep because they were ready to meet their son.
"Do you remember what it was like the day you gave birth? Took this just after 6:30am,a few hours before we met our little guy and I’m sure you can tell just how scared Khulani was," Lamiez joked.
"Whom I kidding? We both hadn’t slept in anticipation. This would be the last time we sat in his nursery without him...it’s crazy, I really gave birth to the most perfect little guy," said the doting new mommy.
Lamiez and Khuli are raising Khuli's daughter from a previous marriage so having her first born son will not feel like she is doing it for the first time.
She hosted her family and friends for her baby shower and her best friend The Funny Chef said she would make a great mother.
“Dawg? Lamiez was one mommy who looked fabulous throughout her pregnancy. She slammed those who dissed other pregnant mommies using her.
"So I’ve seen the comparisons, compliments and even jokes about pregnancy and whilst I count myself very lucky because I haven’t experienced any drastic physical changes(although the abdominal pains, swollen legs, nausea, migraines and hormones are showing me real flames) I simply don’t like the jokes attacking other pregnant women," she started off her post.
"Truth is, No one has control over how they look or even how smoothly their pregnancy goes and to be subjected to the demeaning words and unnecessary verbal and emotional abuse isn’t fair," she continued.
"ANY woman who carries life is a superhero with superpowers in my opinion and should all be celebrated and embraced regardless of how they look. There is no manual to this life thing and the least we can be is kinder because take it from me - pregnancy is no walk in the park! You’re literally risking your life to carry and bring a healthy, happy and normal child in to this world. And that? That makes me admire every single mother and those carrying life," wrote the musician.
Lamiez went on to caution trolls, "DON’T ever use ME to bring down, bash or belittle another woman."
