Dineo Moeketsi, Mpho Pops, and Graeme Richards announced the 15th South African Film and Television Awards 2021 (SAFTAs) winners last night. The Craft Awards were held on Friday hosted by actress and TV presenter Lesego Tlhabi and Tracy Lange.

Hectic on 3 presenter Enhle Bizana took the biggest of the night, the Best TV Presenter voted for by the public and the late Menzi Ngubane bagged the Best Actor award for his role on Isibaya.

How to Ruin Christmas: The Wedding (Netflix) led the pack with six awards.
1Magic's 'The River' scooped four awards which include the Best Actress award.

The legendary Dr. Ncina Mhlophe was honoured with the Lifetime achievement golden horn. Dr. Ncina is an anti-apartheid activist, actress, storyteller, poet, playwright, director, and author.

She received a doctorate honorary from the Open University, the UK in 1994, another honorary doctorate from the University of Natal in 1999, and Rhodes University in 2014.

She has won plenty of awards including the Joseph Jefferson Award for Best Actress (Chicago) for Have you seen Zandile? Sony Award for Radio Drama from BBC Radio Africa for Have you seen Zandile? and In 2016 she was chosen as one of BBC's 100 Women.
