The close friends and family of beloved South African broadcaster, Kuli Roberts will gather at the Birchwood Hotel in Johannesburg to celebrate her life.

Her memorial service will take place on Wednesday, 16 February 2022 from 10h00 for 10h30, and the deadline for RSVPs is no later than February 15.
At this stage, it is unclear whether there will be a live broadcast of the memorial.
On the 10th of February 2022, it was announced that Kuli Roberts had passed away. According to Daily Sun, Roberts passed away the day prior.
Kaya 959 also confirmed on their website that Kuli, who was their former colleague had passed on – She was 49 years old at the time of her passing.

It is with profound regret and sadness that we confirm the untimely passing of our dear daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and Aunt Nomakula ‘Kuli’ Roberts (49).
She sadly passed away late last night (10th February) in Johannesburg.
Affectionately known and loved by her friends, family, and the South African entertainment industry at large, Kuli Roberts was an all-around media personality who was always the life of any gathering.
Her love for her family, friends, work and very importantly her community is well known.
Kuli leaves behind two children, her beloved grandchild, her parents and three siblings.
We humbly request that you respect our need for privacy, as we go through this difficult period of grieving and healing. We ask that you please keep us in our prayers.

The Life Of Kuli Roberts
Nomakula Roberts was born on 16 December 1972 in South Africa. Kuli was a radio and television personality popular for hosting SABC 2’s show What Not To Wear as well as a presenter on Trending SA.
She is also a renowned Journalist. She was the editor of Drum Magazine in 2004 to 2005. She was also a columnist for Sunday World.
Roberts also had a stint in acting. In 2012 she joined Mzansi Magic’s Nkabi till 2013. In 2020 she joined The Queen playing Mildred. She also played Tina in the Netflix South Africa original Angelina.
Marriage And Divorce
Kuli Roberts was married to Beyers Roberts from 1990 and later divorced. They had two children together.
