News just broke that TV and radio personality Kuli Roberts recently passed on. According to reports, she is said to have collapsed on the night of Wednesday 9th February. 

As Kaya 959 reports, her family has reached out to them to confirm the news. They have asked for some privacy as they try to process the news.
Her fellow celebrities and her fans have been hit hard by the news, as you would imagine. Celebs have been sharing their fondest memories of her, as well as talking about the thing about her presence and personality that stood out the most for them. 

"You will always be right here with us cause that’s how you lit up a room. Your hugs were the best. Ima miss you. Fly 👼🏾💔❤ how can somebody be this good ? Yeah no that was you…" rapper Gigi Lamayne wrote.

She also shared some pictures of the two of them together, as well as some sage advise that the media personality gave her before her passing. 
For others, though, it is just plain shock. Because can you imagine speaking to someone only less than a week ago, then suddenly finding out that they are no more?

Some celebrities have chosen to take it slow with the news, as they are hesitant about being the first to speak about her passing, even before her family and loved ones give an official statement.

Entertainment commentator Phil Mphela even got into a fight with another social media user, as he refused to address her passing like it was absolute, as he figured that it would be disrespectful for their friends and family members to hear such shocking news for the first time on social media, rather than through more sensitive and official channels. 


He thanked her for her love and friendship, and said he would miss her dearly.


Siv Ngesi has shared the news too, and although it is heartbreaking that Kuli has passed on, Siv added the perspective that at least she died doing the thing she loves the most. It is reported that she died on the set of a new show, and showbizz is what she has known all her life.

Her exact cause of death is as yet unknown, but reports say that she collapsed, possibly due to a heart condition. None of the public knew whether she was battling anything of the sort, so it is hard to tell. Even so, this is a developing story, and we are sure to know more with time. For now, her family has asked for some privacy, and we shall all step back and grant them their wish.
