She took to Instagram yesterday to let us in on what has been happening in her life. She said, "I carry infinite Gratitude. After isolating for 12 days + witnessing my family literally go into fight mode...I acknowledge + testify that they, are All my Prayers gathered in 1 place. 12 days of shifting, realigning, rebirth + reckoning with self. I am in awe.

"Sending love, strength + healing to all especially through these challenging times. It will all work out in the end or it simply is not the end...Even more blessed week ahead"

This morning Lorcia gave us an update and said that she has been cleared.

"I was cleared to go back to work last week+ We hit the ground running: I shot 46 scenes in 5 days...I chose to post these pics with some of the crew, who in my opinion make it all so much easier...the laughing + decompressing in between scenes is something I need + they put up with all my craziness, while still checking that I'm good. The journey surely is as important as the end result..."

Thando Thabethe said that she as glad Lorcia made it through.

The Housekeepers lead actress has opened up to her fans about her COVID-19 journey which she is currently battling. The 947 radio presenter, like many other celebrities, did not think that this would happen to her. Above being physically exhausted, Thando has also not had it easy emotionally, as she expressed how lonely it gets when in isolation.

"Today marks day 10 of my self-isolation after testing positive for COVID -19. I never imagined the emotional rollercoaster that I experienced. I never imagined quarantining fir 10 days in a hotel all by myself, just me, no work to rush to, no one to help me with meds, or friends to give me a hug, just me & my thoughts!"

The actress and businesswoman also opened up about the fear of not knowing if she is going to wake up the next day while she spent her quarantine at a hotel. Another fear for Thando is getting back out there and possibly catching the virus again.

"There were nights I'd go to bed hoping I'd wake in the morning, I thank God for the ability to do radio while here, and the incredible staff here who safely took such amazing care of me. As I leave tomorrow I can't help but be anxious about the reality I am now walking back into. It's all so very scary, but today I am grateful for the gift of life."

Thando seems to be doing well currently and we are so happy that she has pulled through.

Yesterday, Thando said that she was making a cheese cake for her boyfriend, Lunga Shabalala but judging from her stories, it seems Lunga did most of the hard work which we love because boyfriends make everything so much easier. We love these two and we wish them nothing but the best.
