Generations: The Legacy star Manaka Ranaka is mourning. She is mourning the death of her loved one. The actress took to Instagram in the early hours of today to share the sad news.
On a lighter note, Manaka recently shared the picture of her baby boy on Instagram. Confirming the news of her pregnancy to Daily Sun, she said she was looking forward to giving birth.
"It’s the same feeling I felt when I had my two daughters, so this experience is nothing new. People have been saying they hope I’m carrying a boy, but we’ll see. I look forward to giving birth to a child. I don’t care if it’s a boy or a girl, as long as it’s not an animal,” told the paper.
The family’s reality show has also been doing great. According to the ratings shared by entertainment commentator Phil Mphela, the show pulled over half a million views in April.
“TV: The Ranakas reign. The show is the number 1 reality show on DStv. With 613k viewers pulled for the show’s top episode in April, this made The Ranakas the 10th most-watched program on DStv and the leading reality show across the platform. #KgopoloReports,” tweeted Phil.
Speaking about the show @itsPrince_Gee wrote: “The episode mama Ranaka refused to wear a blazer without Chantel's name on the tags. Mzingizi blew me away how he resolved the whole issue... I was like that's how a married man solve family challenges.
“…. The Ranaka girls have a tendency of wanting to sideline Chantel. Mama Ranaka didn't wanna take their gift without Chantel's name included. They tried to force mama Ranaka to accept. Until Mzi removed the name tags and gave mama the blazer.”
