Fans and industry mates of the Diep City actor took to the comments section to convey their messages of condolences and support, including his producer on the Mzansi Magic 8:30PM telenovela, Mandla N, who replied with the words "Condolences my brother." Unfortunately, many of us will have to bury our parents at some point in our lives, and picking up the pieces, thereafter, is just as hard. One thing many of us can say we are blessed to have, especially in times of sorrow and grief, is a strong support structure - people around us who will comfort us and help ease the heavy load.
Gomora actress Siphesihle Ndaba was hit with a double blow when she lost two loved one in a short space of time. The actress, who is well-known for playing the role of 'Mazet' on the Mzansi Magic 7:30PM telenovela, shared on her Instagram stories that she lost both her grandparents. What's even sadder is that her grandparents passed away two days apart. The young talent's grandfather passed away first, and two days later her grandmother also sadly passed.
Another celebrity who recently buried a parent is amapiano DJ, Njelic (real name Tshwarelo Motlhako). The musician is currently mourning the loss of his mother. The Dj and vocalist, who is famously for hits 'Nana Thula' and 'Liyoshona' - to mention a few - received an outpouring of condolences last month when he took to his social media to announce the passing of his mother.
As mentioned, so many of our stars are grieving the loss of their parents. Singer, rapper and producer Tshego was recently in Mafikeng following the untimely passing of his mother. He took to social media to reveal that that week had been the hardest for him and he just couldn'tsay goodbye. “This week has been hard for us without you and I don’t see it getting any easier. I can’t say goodbye - instead, I’ll say goodnight for now. I’ll see you soon mom,” posted the rapper.
May all our celebs, and readers who are mourning loved ones find strength to get through each day as they heal.
