Renowned South African actor Meshack Mavuso recently joined The River Mzansi and fans, including industry peers, are singing his praises for his great performances.
He stars as Ntsizwa, uncle to Paulina and Mabutho. Ntsizwa recently came to visit his nephew and niece in the township of Refilwe and has unexpectedly fallen in love with Rakgadi Kedibone.
Unfortunately for Meshack's character, he suffers from liver failure and due to lack of access to proper health care, his health is deteriorating as he needs fast medical attention if he's to have any chance of survival.
Fans have been commending him on his impressive acting skills. In less than two weeks since joining The River Mzansi, fans are in love with his character, so much so that they can feel Nstizwa's pain. For the last few days, he's been finding it hard to open up to his new lover, Kedibone about the state of his health. This has badly affected their new romance as Rakgadi can tell that something is wrong with him, she just can't tell exactly what it is.
In Friday's episode, Ntsizwa found the courage to open up to his new lover that he is running out of time in an emotional scene.
Former The Queen Mzansi actress, Dineo Langa took to Twitter to express her appreciation for the actor's talent, Tweeting. "Meshack Mavuso. That's the tweet! #TheRiver1Magic"
Fans flooded her comment section, agreeing with Dineo's statement about Meshack Mavuso.
