Mixed emotions as viewers react to the rather shocking news that veteran actors Connie Ferguson and Rapulana Seiphemo will be making their way back to the now, Generations: The Legacy. Famously known for their portrayal as Karabo Moroka (Connie Ferguson) and Tau Mogale (Rapulana Seiphemo), the pair is TV's number one power couple.
However, not everyone is jumping for joy that Ferguson and Seiphemo are returning to the show. As scores of viewers have since lashed out at the creator Mfundi Vundla for sleeping on the talent that Mzansi have to offer. Evidently, it appears recycling actors and actresses for the purpose of ratings is not sitting well with everyone.

Vundla is currently making headlines after opening up about battling sickness including cancer. The renowned TV writer and creator shares the struggles he has endured after being diagnosed with cancer of oesophagus.
According to the City Press, Vundla mentions how he escaped death not once but three times and survived.
"I knocked on deathβs door three times. Believe me, it was not a pretty sight. Iβm 76 years old and people in my age group or older are felled by heart attacks, strokes, diabetes and buckets of other chronic ailments. February last year Iβm diagnosed with cancer of the oesophagus. This after I complained to my cardiologist about chest pains β a series of them β especially when I was eating. My heart doctor dismissed my complaints, insisting I was chasing shadows. Making things up. I put my foot down. Demanded he refer me to a gastroenterologist. Chommie, thatβs a fancy word for a doctor who specialises in pushing a small camera down the oesophagus and into the stomach. As the camera moves south it takes images of growths on tissue walls." reports City Press
