Things have went sideways as Minnie Dlamini finds herself under scrutiny following her recent tweet about Mmusi Maimane. Evidently, tweeps are still feeling some type of way of Dlamini as they have immediately lashed out on her on Twitter.

On an innocent post, Minnie Dlamini took to Twitter to express how she has never heard Mmusi Maimane speaking vernac. This comes after his interview that took place this morning.

"I’ve never heard @MmusiMaimane speak vernac. I’m here for it!!! I like this Mmusi Congratulations Bosa" wrote Minnie Dlamini
Minnie Dlamini have received quite a backlash for her tweet as tweeps have called her out on 'amnesia', as one lady relays that she once interviewed Mmusi Maimane on her show on SABC.

"Bathong! I don't know if that's oblivion or what. I used to be a presenter for SABC Sepedi Current Affairs show and every time I interviewed Mmusi he would speak pure Tswana. Obviously I wouldn't expect you to listen to Sepedi radio but Mmusi would speak Tswana on many occasions" wrote Lerato Masegane
Some tweeps are insinuating that perhaps Minnie Dlamini is trying to worm her way into Mmusi Maimane's heart. As they have reminded her that Mmusi Maimane is a married man and off the market.

"Usuyamfuna ke" wrote Msenti
"He won't sh*g you" wrote Sibusiso
"If he speaks Vernac you gonna be pregnant be careful dear" wrote Zwely Siya
"Utshatile" wrote African Chef
Meanwhile some tweeps suspects that Minnie Dlamini's post is probably a paid promotion tweet. As they have inserted that she is being offered money to tweet about Mmusi Maimane. On the basis that her supposedly funny tweet did not land as she had hoped.

"Paid tweet" wrote Bavuma
"Plus ku dry, physical and financially...Last time I checked sars was in a bare knuckle fight with he" wrote Molebo Jack
"How much was it?" wrote PW Ngcobo
