On Saturday, premium Cognac D’USSE XO made its South African Debut. The launch party was held at a Houghton Estate in Johannesburg Gauteng and was attended by the who’s who of the media and entertainment industry.
Because D’USSE Cognac is a byproduct of a partnership between superstar rapper Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter and Bacardi Limited, it was standard procedure local hip hop royalty was also in attendance. The likes of Stogie T, Da L.E.S, J.R, and more made an appearance to enjoy a night of premium cognac and the most expensive of Cuban cigars.
Various DJ’s such as the likes of Naked, PH, Ms Cosmo & Major League DJ’s kept people on their feet dancing from the afternoon right into the winter night.
The vibe was so pleasant, not many people felt the cold as they danced away with their phones on one hand and a glass of D’USSE Cognac on the other.

Da L.E.S’ performance was enjoyed by everyone. He definitely brought forth a warm and positive vibe to the party. Even Stogie T was enjoying himself.
Buhle Samuels and friends also made an appearance.
The Major League DJ’s were also in the mix of things and enjoy the night on the dance floor.

Khuli Roberts was also spotted having a great time alongside Stogie T & Mfumu Mhinga.
Shout out to DJ PH(on the left) for a killer set that had everyone dancing throughout the night.
Tshepi Vundla was also spotted at the event alongside her partner – JR.
Before the D’USSE exclusive party took place, the brand hosted a Welcome Home dinner which was planned as the ultimate food and cognac cocktail pairing experience, demonstrating how a fine dining experience can be enhanced with creatively crafted D’USSE cocktails, courtesy of Sullivan Doh.
