After months of suspense, BET's first drama series Isono, finally premiered last night, and it gave many viewers goosebumps.

The drama tells a gripping tale about the secrets we hide and the many faces we wear and it aims to inspire, vividly entertain, intrigue, and also educate audiences with surprising twists and unexpected cliff hangers.
Isono features a star-studded cast including veteran actress, Nthati Moshesh, Rami Chuene, Bohang Moeko, Senzo Radebe, Didintle Khunou, Tokollo ‘TK’ Sebothoma, and Anga Makubalo, and Charmaine Mtinta.
Also part of the cast is the award-winning film and stage actor Hamilton Dhlamini, young and talented actors Kgosi Mongake, Tshepo Ledwaba, Mpho Sibeko, and Mpule Matlhola, seasoned stage and tv thespian Dumisani Mbebe and TV personality Lalla Hirayama.
As it hit our small screens last night, viewers could not stop praising it and it left many on the edge of their collective seats as the drama unfolded. From the opening sequence to the last scene, viewers were left intrigued by the storyline and the enthralling performances of the cast members.
Several people decided to binge-watch the episode with their loved ones and Rami Chuene shared a cute snap on Twitter binge-watching with starlet Dineo Langa, Loyiso Macdonald and Smash Africa.

ZAlebs recently had a chat with the main cast member Nthati who shared how thrilled she is to have joined the show and shared deets on her character Mother Mary.

The daily drama will be aired to audiences across the continent on weekdays from Monday, 28 September at 21:30 CAT/ 20:30 WAT. We cannot wait to watch the next episode.
