Graduation day is a day we all look forward to in our lives. Whether you’re young or old, a celebrity or not, graduating is always such a big deal and a proud moment to be celebrated.
This year saw some of our favorite Zalebs graduate too and we couldn’t be any happier for them. Below is a list of celebrities who got a degree hotter in 2021.

Dr. Shauwn Mkhize
At the very top of the list is none other than business woman Shauwn Mkhize who was awarded an honorary doctorate degree from the Good Shepherd College of Religion and Training in recognition of her changing lives philanthropic endeavours.
Taking to her Instagram, the Zaleb was beyond herself with the achievement saying, “Dear Mama and Papa. Here we are…your daughters are both doctors. I hope you and dad are watching over this moment and you are beyond proud. Thank you Lord for this day and thank you to oKhabazela ka Mavovo kayihlandla. It’s moments like this that I cherish from the bottom of my heart , being celebrated and acknowledged whilst I’m still alive. It’s official you can now address me as Dr President Shauwn Mkhize,”

Shudufhadzo Musida
Next up on the list is former Miss SA 2020, Shudufhadzo Musida, who graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with an honours degree in International Relations.

Her excitement was evident even as she took to her social media to share the good news with Mzansi. And even though not many were pleased with this news, there is no denying that this was just the beginning for the former Miss SA.
Mapaseka Mokwele
Not too long ago, media personality Mapaseka Mokwele also bagged a masters degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and shared her very proud moment on her social media. Now we can proudly name her Master Mapaseka. Get it?

Mmabatho Montsho
Television actress and writer and director Mmabatho also celebrated after having achieved a Masters of Arts In Writing For Script And Screen.
Taking to social media, the media personality wrote, “Over a year and some dramatic synchronicities later, the kid finally arrives. Lighting a candle of gratitude,” Congratulations girl!!
Cedric Fourie
And on to the very first gentleman on the list, is Skeem Saam actor Cedric Fourie who graduated just recently as UCT graduate.
The actor who has stolen hearts on his many television shows wowed many with his new achievement as it was nice to see him making big wins not only on his various roles on tv but in real life as well.
