The rate at which a child grows makes you look at time differently. "They grow up so fast" is the perfect way to describe children - and can you believe it's been 6 months since Sithelo welcomed Likuwe Coco Mpisane into this world?

Time flies indeed and mommy Sithelo Shozi can attest to that. Taking to Instagram to gush about her bundle of joy who just turned 6 months old, Sithelo said all of her faith is on her child as her name speaks of that. She said her name 'Likuwe' brings a whole different meaning to and makes so much more sense.

She then penned a sweet message to her daughter, wishing her nothing but greatness in the near future.

Likuwe was born exactly 6 months ago in July and her father Andile Mpisane, was right next to her. Sithelo shared a video of her giving birth and captioned it "A trip down memory lane...What a blissful two months it has been, our love personified."

Sithelo has two other children Ntsika Makhosini, from her previous relationship with Makhosini Maseko, and Baby Flo with Andile Mpisane as well.

All of them will be featured on her music video for Hell And Back which she shared a sneak peak of.

The paternity of Likuwe made headlines a few weeks ago when it was said Andile allegedly questioned whether he was the father or not. Rumours of him even taking back the BMW he bought her and also apparently kicking her out of the apartment he is renting for her also quickly gained traction.

But his mother came to his defens and told people to back off from her grandchildren, shutting everyone down by claiming Likuwe.

"As a parent I think it is important that we protect our kids from unnecessary or premature exposure. These are kids guys and let’s not rob them of their Innocence by involving them in the “ cruelty” and the harsh realities of this world," she said.

"I’d I would also like to request everyone to please respect the family’s decision to keep the kids away from social media. Thanking you in advance," she said.

She even clarified that she does not hold any grudges against Sithelo Shozi, "I personally have no grudges or any untoward feelings against the mother of my grandkids. She’s given me 2 beautiful grandchildren which binds us forever and I will always consider her to be like a daughter to me," said Mkhize in a statement.

"Nobody has been kicked out of any apartment nor have any kids been taken away from anybody. I remain committed to ensuring that my grandchildren grow up experiencing love from all sides and that they are well taken care of," she added.
