Siya Kolisi's story from humble beginnings is enough to inspire not only the young black kid who wishes to make it big in sports, however anybody who needs some inspiration about life and succeeding.

The 'most influential person in rugby' will be laying out his life from being the young boy from a township of Zwide outside Port Elizabeth, to a sportsman who made history by being the first black Springbok Captain to win the Rugby World Cup.

He is now a signee under Roc Nation and his success story continues.

The Springbok captain took to Twitter to confirm the book deal saying he is excited about publishing his autobiography. 

The book will be written along with the British novelist Boris Starling and it is set to hit shelves in 2021 ahead of the Lions tour to SA next year.

Hoping to inspire people from all ages who have been struggling with adversity, Kolisi says there are many parts that are yet to be revealed about his life that he will be sharing in the book.
