Following the recent scandal that saw actress and businesswoman Terry Pheto implicated in the alleged fraud and corruption allegations. Reportedly, Terry's sister has also been implicated in unlawfully receiving millions of rand from the National Lotteries Commission.

Following after Terry Pheto has issued a statement refuting the alleged fraud and corruption allegations leveled against her. Reportedly, the Special Investigating Unit (SIU) has seized a number of assets, businesses including luxury cars ending the investigations.
Terry Pheto's sister Dimakatso has also been implicated in benefiting illegally from the National Lotteries Commissions. Reportedly, Dimakatso is a director of non-governmental organization, Zibsibix. Allegedly, Zibsibix unlawfully received an amount of R5 million rand back in 2018/19 from the National Lotteries Commissions (NLC).
"#TerryPheto........Pheto’s sister, Dimakatso, is a director of Zibsibix, a non-profit company that received R5-million from the NLC in 2018/19. Details of what this funding was used for are not known. The firm has been receiving massive funds from NLC!" wrote TshepisangTalking to Newzroom Afrika, seasoned Groundup Journalist Raymond Joseph explained how in 2017 a non-profit company received a hefty amount on R20.2-million rand from the National Lotteries Commission. However, the NLC refused to disclose details as they want to protect the privacy of some of their donors.
"I've literally just published a story, in fact what happened back in 2017 an NPO called Zibsibix Mode [sp] was given R20.2 million rand for an initiation project. To this day I don't know what entails because what happened is that I have put in a prior request and I was refused because the NLC told me that they had to protect the privacy of their donors and they would refused to say anything about it" said Raymond JosephReportedly, Dimakatso's company was bought off the shelf in 2018 and subsequently, Terry Pheto's sister was then appointed one of the directors. Tweeps have also echoed how the dodgy timing of the appointments as well as how the alleged monies were given is raising eyebrows.
