The actors were also flown to Toronto to celebrate the official premiere of the film. Included South African actors who were also part of the official premiere include:

Makgotso M

Leading South African actress Makgotso M is part of The Woman King. Her role and details surrounding her involvement have not been shared in detail. A fact, which is not a surprise considering that she is playing a minor supporting role. But the fact that she was at the premiere does suggest that her role is integral to the film.
Siv Ngesi

Siv Ngesi was in need of something monumental and celebratory following sharing the news of his mother’s passing and her burial. Therefore, it was touching to see that the actor and media personality was also part of the official premiere of The Woman King. Ngesi is only one of two male main supporting characters in the film, which does suggest that he will be a prominent feature in the film.
