The award-winning comedian recently attended the Brooklyn Nets Game.
He took to Instagram and shared that he got a fist bump from Jay Z and his wife Beyonce when he was at the games.

Sharing the pictures of his big moment he wrote: “I’ve thought of every possible caption for this picture but really what can I write? You’re at the @brooklynnets game, the King of Brooklyn walks in with his wife @beyonce, and then they both fists bump you.”

He said he hopes that his younger self in him will always remind him that he is living his dreams.

“You try to act cool but then later you see a picture of the moment and you realize that this life is insane!!! What a privilege and magical moment to experience in life. And even though magic happens to me every day, I hope the little South African boy inside of me never stops reminding me that I’m living a dream,” Trevor wrote.
Trevor is nominated for this year's Critics' Choice Real TV Awards. He is nominated for Male Star of the Year at the third annual Critics' Choice Real TV Awards alongside RuPaul, Stanley Tucci, Guy Fieri, and Phil Rosenthal. His show ‘The Daily Show’ also scooped several awards at the MTV Movie & TV award this year.

A few weeks ago, Trevor announced that he is getting back on stage to do stand-up comedy after almost a year. He shared a picture with a caption that reads: “When you haven’t been on stage in almost a year and Chappelle tells you it’s time to get back on stage, you get back on stage! Few things in this life have meant more to me than having these two legends as my mentors and friends.

He said they all share a mutual love and this makes things a whole lot easier.
"All 3 of us share a love for stand-up that only fellow comedians can truly understand, and it’s easy to keep that love going when you get to share a stage with the greatest to ever do it! DC It’s time to get back on stage, let’s do this people!”
