The world's fastest man and nine-time Olympic gold medalist, Usain Bolt and one of the world's leading champagne brands G.H Mumm, have partnered for his next victory - a new limited edition of Bolt’s own cuvée – Mumm Olympe Rosé.
The champagne was launched this past weekend in Cape Town at the Sun Met event, where South African celebrities and event attendees were the first to indulge in the limited edition champagne.
The champagne brand said the partnership was a no brainer as they saw Bolt as the most fitting icon of victory to drive Mumm’s value of excellence, with his unmatched leadership in sport, and colorful way of celebrating his achievements aligned with Mumm’s motto of ‘Dare.Win.Celebate’.

It also helps that the Mumm bottle is aesthetically appealing, with its striking appearance, long in shape with a slender neck. Its golden look is matched by the unique taste of champagne and cognac mixed together.
“When we were busy planning, I asked my friends at G.H. Mumm if anyone ever tried to mix champagne and cognac. And this inspired some creative thinking,” Bolt revealed.
