Zoleka Mandela has noted how much of an over sharer she is but she does not mind as it could be part of her healing process. The author and expectant mother took to her social media to open up about the loss of her daughter Zenani, 11 years ago, when she was only 13 years old.

Although this pregnancy is her last, Zoleka is a proud mother of 6 children. She shared a past session with her therapist and how it went. Her therapist asked her to list things she is most grateful but she could not put a number on her gratitude.
"Beloved Queens, remember when I told you that I literally, always have something to be grateful for each day? A few months back my therapist asked me to write down things I’m grateful for, during the time I had plunged into depression again … I have over 40 things to be grateful for on the list I compiled a while ago - the list is actually endless (with each day that passes, I’m grateful for the frequent blessings - both big and small.):
Zenani was killed by a drunk driver 11 years ago and her then psychiatrist advised her to read Habakkuk. She said she struggled to find those answers all those years, until now!
"As I walked into the kitchen to make breakfast, I looked at these set of cards I had stopped reading since my last depressive episode last year (cards I typically shuffled for each day for motivation - having stopped praying the day my grandmother passed away) and there it was … Habakkuk ( hadn’t even begun shuffling)!!!
"Eleven years later and it’s starting to make sense!!! I Googled it today, and this is what is says, “This metaphoric language describes the blessings the presence of God brings to a situation. A well-known book by this title explores the journey of a person who learns to overcome fear and suffering like a deer leaping over obstacles … When we run with hinds’ feet on high places, treading “on the heights,” we live above our circumstances," she shared.
Zoleka is motivational person herself so she shared what her take on this is, "God gives us the grace, courage, and inner strength we need to press on to attain new heights and experience new vistas.” . I honestly can’t make this stuff up. What I can do, is continue to pray and believe in Him as often as I do now … and stay grateful that I can face my entire existence (no matter what life continues to throw at me), boldly in whatever He wants for me, in whatever He has called me to do."
Zoleka made headlines before when she told people she does not need a man in her life. The doting mother of 6 said people should not pity her but should rather applaud her for taking such decisions.
"I also don’t want a man in my life because the moment I fall in love, weight gain and pregnancy same time, my n*gga!!! I just don’t know how I’m going to cope without the sexual benefits of having a man because I don’t want the relationship per se, but I want the part where he comes over when I tell him to … without him spending the night, without him being with anyone else or bothering me with feelings because that’s just not in my DNA anymore!!!"
