SAFTA winner Warren Masemola wants to take on the role of many characters.
Undoubtedly one of the most versatile actors in the country, Warren Masemola has proven to the South African audience that he can play any character under the sun, now the actor wants to push himself even harder by playing the character of a Nyaope addict.
The conversation started off when one of the callers on Azania's 702 show complimented Warren on his spectacular acting.
"I cannot wait to play a nyaope character because nyaope is really big in Pretoria and it's killing our youth. I can't wait to play that character and when I do, yoh you will know! Every time I go home to visit my family, as you enter Soshanguve there's a place called Transfer and at Transfer you just see people hanging, they're standing but they hanging they look like they're sleeping but they're not, they're just too high...I can't wait.."
Warren went on to speak on how he was diagnosed with alopecia which is a type of hair loss condition that he was diagnosed with at the age of six.
"I started having fungi on my hair, like ringworms but like when they healed the hair wouldn't grow back, so I ended up with patches of no hair and after eventually undergoing treatment the hair just never grew back."
Warren explained that he's been bald since 1991.
