The who’s who of South Africa’s Entertainment industry, showed up in their finest yesterday night, at the prestigious Dstv Mzansi Viewer’s Choice Awards (DSTV MVCA) 2020. The star-studded affair was filled with glitz and glam, as ZAlebs came out in droves, to put their best fashion foot forward.
The night was fuller with red carpet shots and some great performances from the creme la de creme of Mzansi’s showbiz. The host of the swanky ceremony, Minnie Dlamini, did not disappoint in steering proceedings of the night. Although some went to compare her hosting skills and wardrobe choices to those of larger-than-life Tv star, Bonang Matheba, some defended her.
The prestigious awards took place at the Ticket Pro Dome, In Johannesburg, and some of the big winners included Moshe Ndiki who scooped the best presenter award, Bonang Matheba, Warren Masemola and Sindi Dlathu.
The stage was set on fire by numerous eye-catching and phenomenal performances from SA artists, including AKA and Makhadzi. It was absolutely a night for the books. Television stars who were spotted on the red carpet included Jessica Nkosi, Lasizwe, Boity and Somizi.
