Khaya Mthethwa is more than just a singer.
The Idols SA winner has added ‘pastor’ to his CV. Daily Sun reported that Khaya moved back home and is a youth pastor at the Oasis Church in Umlazi, Durban.
He told the paper: “People who know me are aware that this has been my journey for the past 18 years. I’m honoured to have been entrusted to lead the people. My dad has been grooming me for the past 10 years. Now is the right time for everything to happen.”
The 30-year-old singer is reportedly doing his Masters in Theology at the South African Theological Seminary.
