Entertainment kingpin, Phil Mphela confirmed the news when he wrote on Twitter that the show had attracted over 560,000 viewers at its peak; a rating that no other celebrity reality show in Mzansi could match. Phil wrote:
"Living the Dream with Somizi is currently the number 1 with an average viewership count of 560k viewers. Zodwa Wabantu Uncensored is second with its top episode pulling 516k viewers. Papa Penny Ahee takes the bronze in 3rd with 470k viewers"
Somizi was more than delighted at the prospect of sharing the news with his followers and he took a moment to thank every single person who has watched and supported the show when he said:
It looks as if his impressive reign at the top of entertainment is set to continue and it's worth wondering if he will be able to increase this average with the next few episodes of the show set to air.
