The musician, who many remember from the early days of acapella trio The Soil, had every woman craving the kind of weekend that comes with 11 cows at the gate and uncles shouting their clan names and some vulamlomo (lobolo, if you're lost). That's because his hitsong Akanamali, with SunEl Musician was on every playlist and was played at every turn in 2017.
Fast forward to 2018 where he was featured by Mobi Dixon on Abantu - another hit! And another hit this year with DJ Maphorisa on the amapiano track Akulaleki.
So after all these hits, Mzansi was highly anticipating the muso's debut album, Isphithiphithi.
The 13-track album features Mlindo The Vocalist, DJ Maphorisa, MFR Souls and Kabza de Small.
Mzansi loves it! The pots have been found!
Even US hip hop producer, Swizz Beats approves... he's a fan.
