Zodwa Wabantu trended at number one on Twitter following the release of her promotional video for Herwood Medical Clinic in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The clip aimed to promote the clinic’s latest service offering, which aims to help men with premature ejaculation.
Not one to shy away from ANY subject matter, Zodwa appearing in the video wearing a red bra, as she jumped on her co-star, Phumlani Siphesihle Mgxobani, and pretended to be intimate with him.
After a few short seconds, she claimed that he had ejaculated in less than 20 seconds, and called for the stand by doctor and nurse to help him out.
Zodwa then continued with the skit by explaining the benefits of the treatment and how it would be good for both of them to be pleasured. She concluded by stating that she enjoys being pleasured, which is she why she requires her men to last a long time.

Social media has been beside themselves following the release of the video, with many questioning Zodwa on her limitations. Many wondered about how much the clinic was paying her to endorse their procedures, as many of her posts have been rather explicit.
