Being a mother is different for every single person who has children, there is no formula or book that will give you a step-by-step guide on how to raise a child. Raising children is purely different from person to person, it is not a one size fits all job.
Celebrities are also faced with the decision of how they will raise their kids, they have to think about whether or not they will share their images with fans, and whatever they decide, it is up to them.
Zola Nombona is one of those celebrities that like to keep their interpersonal life out of the spotlight, the media personality has been acting for more than a decade and she is by far one of the most talented thespians in Africa.
Over the years, we have seen her act on various shows including Lockdown, Isono, and Generations. The star who is in a relationship with Thomas Gumede gave birth to their first child in 2020 and she hardly shares images of her bundle of joy so when she does, we appreciate it.
Take a look at some of the few times Zola has let us in on her life as a mother:
On her child's first birthday, she and Thomas posted cute snaps of their child.
Taking to Instagram, Thomas Gumede paid tribute to his son and also gave us inside tea on what his son’s favourite song is. Not only that, but he also showed gratitude for the opportunity to witness his son grow, “His favourite song is khuza gogo. He walks, he thinks he talks, he laughs and dances all day! He claps his hands and can say mama and baba (sometimes papa coz our wonderful nanny speaks Sesotho). He is my pride and joy. He makes me believe I can and must overcome every problem. He is my strength, and today he is 1 year old. Only God knows how long we have on this planet and I thank HIM every day that I get to witness my son grow! Happy birthday mfana wami, ubaba ukuthanda ngendlela emangalisayo!!”
In the same post, Thomas also paid tribute to the mother of his child and thanked her for being an amazing mother, "Thank you @znombona for being such a loving mother, God bless you! Thank you to my family and friends who love and support him, thank you for those who ask about him, from strangers to people I see at the shops regularly." Take a look at the cute post below:
It seems like their son is super musical, in another post, Thomas shared an adorable video of his son playing on a DJ mixer, "Just sharing some SUNSHINE on this gloomy weekend!! This is only his second session and in the second slide he already thinks he can DJ with his feet," he wrote in part. Take a look at the full post below:
