Former Orlando Pirates defender Ayanda Gcaba is currently without a club having left the fraught GladAfrica Championship club Royal Eagles back in December, has shared his Dream Team.
Gcaba was part of the last Pirates team that won a cup and reached the 2013 CAF Champions League final.

Ayanda Gcaba arrested
Orlando Pirates player Ayanda Gcaba was arrested for contempt of court. The soccer star was caught speeding and was instructed to appear in court but he never showed up.

A warrant of arrest was reportedly issued for the player, who was originally charged for driving at a high speed.

Ayanda Gcaba gets his girlfriend arrested
Ayanda Gcaba’s girlfriend, the popular celebrity manager and publicist Lolo Morapeli, spent a night in jail after she was arrested for allegedly stealing her boyfriend, former Orlando Pirates defender Ayanda Gcaba’s flashy car.
Ayanda Gcaba on the bus-driving rumors
Gcaba joined the KwaZulu-Natal club in September 2019 but left in January 2020. Ayanda Gcaba and Royal Eagles addressed rumors the ex-Orlando Pirates defender was sacked for driving the team bus.
According to Ayanda Gcaba, he left over issues that were “too personal” to reveal.
Gcaba and the Eagles CEO Morgan Mammila are now saying the player was released for defiance, and not for refusing to drive the team bus as rumors first proposed.

When asked why a professional footballer would ask to drive the team bus, Mammila was also confused. Gcaba on the other hand, says he drove the team but says he is not exactly sure why he was asked to leave on grounds of insubordination.
