Ayanda Ncwane who is the wife of the late gospel star Sfiso Ncwane, has released a statement to plead with musicians to stop performing Sfiso's songs without permission.

In a statement Ayanda has released, who is now the CEO of Ncwane Communication said, Sfiso's brand and catalogue still belong under his record label and is still under her management, hence artists who wish to perform Sfiso's songs must first request consent from Ncwane Communication, before illegally reproducing or performing his music.

She said, "We are disappointed at the disregard and disrespect shown to Sfiso Ncwane's work and his legacy, by some of our fellow Gospel artists, who continue to perform Sfiso Ncwane's songs without requesting from the management  Ncwane Communication."

Ayanda said to those who continue to do so, they will take legal actions against them. She said without the written consent, it is illegal to republish or render performance of any of his music commercially, therefore they will take the necessary legal action to prohibit Copy Right infringement of their intellectual property.
