The twar between two of the country's most successful DJs and music producers, left social media shaken.
Offensive statements were made and insults were thrown between Maphorisa and Prince Kaybee, over the debate on music masters ownership. Maphorisa started a twar when he called out Prince Kaybee, Lady Zamar and Mafikizolo for allegedly not owning the masters to their music.
The beef had other ZAlebs intervening, with attempts to put out the flames that dragged on for almost a week.
Now, it might seem as though the two DJs are looking to bury the hatchet. Maphorisa again divided Twitter with what was supposed to be a kind gesture of offering a helping hand to the Nokuthula family.
He got tweeps mad when he asked for retweets in order to determine how much money he should donate to the family.
Sitting at 35.6K retweets (32K at the time of the post), he asked for Prince Kaybee to urge his fans to also retweet, to raise the numbers.
"Come on Sauta u can do better to help the Family 32K Rands still small at least lets get to 100k then. @PrinceKaybee_SA Please tell ur fans to retweet i knw u rich, i knw u pay it alone. but i need Sauta to be involved. Leave the english for now let’s focus on serious stuff," he tweeted.

Prince responded and his tweet might have suggested that he was looking to end the beef.
He advised Maphorisa to just donate the money willingly without looking for retweets.
Phori gave a cryptic response that does not suggest the feud will end anytime soon.
