The SABC's dismissal and re-appointment of Robert Marawa seems to be causing problems for everyone.
Just last week, SABC bosses found themselves in trouble regarding processes related to the appointment and now they may be facing legal action at the hands of TV and radio personality, Andile Ncube, who would like to have his Radio 2000 sports show back.
According to Sunday World, Ncube allegedly sent a letter of demand to the SABC last week following the news that Robert Marawa was not only coming back to his Metro FM show, but that the show would be simulcast on Radio 2000 - therefore eliminating the need for Ncube's show.
The publication claims to have evidence to prove that Ncube's lawyers served the public broadcaster with a letter stating his intentions to take legal action against them which would see him either get his job back or walk away with a whopping R2 Million.
Marawa on the other hand has also gone the legal route but is demanding R5-million from the SABC after his contract was rescinded following an investigation that former SABC acting CEO Nomsa Philiso had launched into the appointment of Marawa.
