That's it! DJ Sbu has gone too far now.

The former Metro FM radio host, who's been in a lot of drama lately, has now been accused of faking his MoFaya energy drink's South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) approval logo. Eish...

According to EWN, the SABS is considering suing the DJ and entrepreneur. Frank Makamo from the SABS told the site: “It is being handled by the legal department and my legal team has met with the company in question."

EWN reported that Sbu has admitted that mistakes were made and he added that he is new in the business and is hopeful that the problem could be solved amicably.

"We're negotiating with the SABS to get all the necessary processes right, we want to have a relationship with the SABS so that in future we don’t repeat the same mistakes."

Sbu has been in the news for all the wrong  reasons over the past few weeks. First he advertised his energy drink at the Metro FM Music Awards, which led to him eventually losing his job. He was then involved in some drama with Forbes Africa after a fake cover of him on the magazine surfaced.

It seems like the DJ's troubles are far from over. What's next?
