Genius 'Ginimbi' Kadungure is now free of all fraud charges against him as they have reportedly been dropped by the state. According to The Herald Zimbabwe the late Zimbabwean socialite fraudulently purchased his luxury Bentley's.

Approving the cases to be withdrawn by Prosecutor Mr Taddy Kamuriwo was magistrate Trynos Utahwashe. This after Kadungure’s legal team handed over his death certificate. He died on November 8.
The state accused Ginimbi of creating fraudulent documents in order to purchase his luxury Rolls Royce. The same fake documents caused the state to lose out on more than $90 000.
The socialite was then accused of fooling the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (Zimra) by making it seem as though he had bought the car for 3 million USD, but the total cost of the vehicle is 5 million. He had bought the car here in South Africa in Daytona and was imported to his Domboshava mansion.
He also created a fake invoice number to make it seem as though the South African Revenue Services (SARS) had cleared the vehicle. The other offense he was charged for was 'undervaluing' another one of his Bentley cars.
When it comes to his businesses, his business manager Ms Shally has spoken out in an interview with H Metro. saying, "Right now it’s important for people to understand that the family is mourning, they aren’t focused on who is taking what because they are hurt that he is gone, it’s sad that there different articles, news going around but I can tell you that the family isn’t worried about what’s going around with the business or the assets, they are hurt because they have lost someone they love,” she said.
