There are many women in across the world that have suffered emotional and physical abuse in the hands of their ‘lovers’ and just as we’ve seen many public figures coming forward with their stories, it seems that Genesis 'Gigi Lamayne' Manney has broken out with one of her own.
Earlier this week Sunday Sun reported that Genesis 'Gigi Lamayne' Manney and Sandile ‘DJ Citi Lyts’ Mkhize’s romantic relationship had come to an end after their sources revealed that the rapper had decided to break up with the DJ after he went back to his old ways.
Following the passing of the DJ's legendary rapper brother, ProKid, Sunday Sun's sources alleged that he had been using the policy money he received to splurge on women and neglected his girlfriend. According to the paper, Mkhize allegedly has a history of cheating and abusing women and was reported to be accused of assaulting one of his ex-girlfriends, two years ago.
Upon those findings, Manney's Twitter has been flooded with many consolidation messages this morning after she took to her timeline earlier today alluding to the fact that she had suffered abuse in the hands of her alleged ex-boyfriend Sandile Mkhize.
The rapper went on to reveal that she had, had a pregnancy scare and was accused of cheating when she confided in her boyfriend about it, saying that he had pushed her toward the balcony resulting in her being drenched in blood.
Manney has been open about the fact that she grew up in an abusive home and found herself in an abusive relationship and had decided to part ways with the man, making this her second alleged abusive relationship, and the rapper wants to make sure that she finds justice.
In the series of tweets, Manney reached out to Metro FM's Drivetime co-host Masechaba Ndlovu to help her speak out about the matter on her radio show as the media personality had successfully exposed Gqom artist Babes Wodumo's alleged abuser earlier this year.
